The 2 story bungalow with huge garden erected in 1926 is the Straits -style bungalow of the late 1920's . Recently refurbished and now accept guests on daily/ short term basis. Suitable for group stay and private events such as garden wedding receptions, birthday party. The house is well equipped and has the special ambiance nestled within the 1st english school in South East Asia "PENANG FREE SCHOOL ". It was the principles residence until recently. 2 caretakers stay at the annex servant quarters within the compound. Language spoken is English and Bahasa Melayu. The garden which is appx > 1858 sm with big trees and decorative lights is suitable for day/ night party or outdoor BBQ party.
